We help online stores deliver fast, high-quality support to their customers across multiple languages and markets. /p h3We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative. /h3 pIn this role, you'll handle customer email support for Dutch-speaking webshop customers, helping resolve questions, orders and issues with speed and care. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liRespond to customer emails in Dutch, providing clear, friendly and accurate support /li liManage tickets through our helpdesk system (Freshdesk) /li liHandle order, shipping, returns and product questions for e-commerce clients /li liEscalate complex cases appropriately and follow internal workflows /li liMaintain high response quality and turnaround times /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 ul liFluent Dutch (native or near-native) and fluent English /li liBased in or able to commute to Benissa, Alicante – this is an on‑site role, not remote /li liComfortable working independently and managing a ticket queue /li liPrior customer service experience is a plus, but full training is provided /li liAvailable for part-time hours, 20h/week, with some flexibility /li liFreelance contract /li liOn‑site, Benissa Coast office /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
