The Category Senior Specialist Procurement will contribute to value creation, cost optimization, and supplier performance management while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. What your responsibilities will be • Support the development and implementation of category strategies aligned with procurement and business objectives., • Perform advanced spend analysis, market intelligence, and benchmarking to identify savings and efficiency opportunities., • Lead and support sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFIs, supplier evaluations, and negotiation preparation., • Manage purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution., • Evaluate suppliers and products to ensure quality, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness., • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives., • Conduct cost analysis and contribute to total cost of ownership optimization., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with operational and strategic needs., • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records., • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, GMP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory and quality standards., • Support risk identification and mitigation within assigned categories and supplier base., • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and procurement transformation initiatives., • Report incidents or deviations affecting procurement processes or operational continuity. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field., • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management roles., • Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier evaluation., • Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is highly valued., • Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills., • Advanced level of English (essential)., • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability., • Ability to work in cross‑functional and international environments., • Proactive, results‑oriented, and comfortable working with autonomy and accountability., • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. xcskxlj Flexible schedule Monday‑Thursday 7:00‑10:00 a 16:00‑19:00h and Friday 8:00‑15:00h.
