ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you won't just check compliance boxes; you will be the cornerstone that ensures our systems, networks, and projects are both highly secure and compliant with international standards. /p pWhether your background is in pure InfoSec or solid systems and network administration, if you have a passion for securing environments and managing risks, we want to meet you! /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSecure the Foundation: Maintain and improve our ISMS in alignment with global frameworks (or equivalent practical experience). /li liHands‑on Hardening: Define and review technical security controls (network security, system hardening, and DR/BCP plans). /li liRisk Management: Perform gap analyses and maturity diagnostics to protect company assets. /li liSecure by Design: Partner with IT and Network teams to embed Zero Trust principles into new projects. /li liAudits Compliance: Actively participate in internal/external audits and compliance reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS). /li liCulture Awareness: Help develop cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for internal teams. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBackground: A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field. /li liExperience: Solid experience in Cybersecurity or IT (Systems Administration, Network Engineering, etc.). Transferable technical skills are highly valued. /li liSecurity Mindset: Familiarity with framework implementation (ISO 27001, NIS2, ENS, or similar). /li liProject Problem Solving: Proven ability to manage technical tasks or projects autonomously, with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. /li liLanguages: Full Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Haves /h3 ul liIndustry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. /li liExperience with GRC, Risk Methodologies (Magerit, EBIOS) or regulatory standards (CCN-STIC). /li liKnowledge of French. /li /ul pThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pAirbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
