You will be supported by well-established Regulatory, Technical Laboratory, and Inside Sales teams, allowing you to focus on strategic business development and commercial growth. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liLead the growth of the Food Pharma or Personal Care business unit by defining and executing the commercial strategy for your market. /li liIdentify and develop new business opportunities through a technical, consultative sales approach. /li liBuild long-term strategic relationships with industrial customers, becoming their trusted business partner. /li liRepresent leading international manufacturers, working collaboratively to develop the market and introduce innovative technologies and solutions. /li liMonitor market trends, identify new applications, and uncover growth opportunities within your industry. /li liManage relationships with international suppliers and collaborate on market development strategies. /li liWork closely with Regulatory, Laboratory, and Inside Sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. /li liManage medium-to-long-term sales cycles, providing both technical and commercial follow-up until business opportunities are successfully converted. /li liConduct regular face-to-face customer visits across Spain and Portugal (bapproximately 3-5 visits per week /b). /li liRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. /li /ul h3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3 ul liUniversityb degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline. /b /li liPrevious experience within the specialty chemicals distribution industry, raw materials distribution, or manufacturing for the Food Pharma or Personal Care sectors. /li liProven experience in B2B business development, identifying new opportunities, and managing industrial customers. /li liFor the Food Pharma position, candidates with more than five years of experience and an established network within the industry will be highly valued. /li liFor the Personal Care position, we are looking for professionals with industry experience and strong potential for further growth and development. /li liExperience working with international manufacturers or suppliers. /li /ul h3bWhat the Company Offers /b /h3 ul liThe opportunity to join a leading European specialty chemicals distributor with a strong track record, international presence, and sustained growth. /li liThe chance to lead the development of a high-potential business unit with significant autonomy and strategic responsibility. /li liAccess to a well-established portfolio of leading international manufacturing partners, actively contributing to market development and the introduction of innovative solutions. /li liFull-time permanent position. /li liFlexible hybrid working model, with bone office day per week in Barcelona. /b /li liOngoing technical training in collaboration with international manufacturers and specialized organizations. /li liA structured onboarding program during your first months. /li liCompany car for both business and personal use. /li liPrivate health insurance. /li liCompany mobile phone and all necessary work equipment. /li liBetween 28 and 30 days of annual leave. /li liExcellent working environment, collaborative culture, and regular salary reviews. /li libFor candidates with 5-10 years /b of experience: fixed annual gross salary between €65,000 and €75,000, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus of 0% to 20% of the annual gross salary. /li libFor candidates with 2-5 years /b of experience: fixed annual gross salary between €40,000 and €50,000, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus of 0% to 20% of the annual gross salary. /li /ul p*Please note that professional references and employment history verification will be requested during the recruitment process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
