Experteer Overview As a Test u0026amp; Validation Design Leader at Valeo Martos, you will spearhead DVu0026amp;R activities across RFQ through final validation, ensuring product conformity and robustness. You will define test strategies aligned with customer and Valeo standards, coordinate cross-functional validation efforts, and drive risk analyses and validation planning. You will lead the integration and testing across multiple domains (electrical, mechanical, optics, EMC) and manage reporting and archiving in the DVu0026amp;R workflow. This role offers global collaboration with major automakers and a chance to shape advanced lighting and electronics solutions. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Define the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards and risk analysis • Support compatibility matrix u0026 risk analysis and contribute to the product family validation standard owner • Document Design Validation plan with the product architect for environmental and functional tests • Plan and quote DVu0026R activities including parts, jigs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs • Ensure validation feasibility within project commitments (data, labs, prerequisites) • Coordinate all product integrations and validation activities across regulations, functional, system, optics, mechanics, EE tests • Secure reports archiving in TMT • Report issues and progress through the Design Validation dashboard • Report project validation risks to the Ru0026D PTM during DV phase • Capitalise on product risks and report to the product family DV standard owner • Release the DVu0026R with validation status and provide the design validation report to the Ru0026D PTM Responsabilidades • Master in engineering • 3 to 7 years in testing of embedded product (functional and/or Environmental) • project development/validation management experience • Advanced level of English • passion for the automotive industry Requisitos principales • health insurance • kindergarten assistance • continuous training and language courses • sport facilities • canteen • corporate bus
