This role oversees inbound operations, warehouse management, shipment coordination, logistics claims, and returns across all stock locations. You will ensure efficient order processing and shipment execution by working closely with Order Management and Transportation teams, prioritizing customer orders, and maintaining high standards of delivery performance. The role requires strong coordination, ownership of day‑to‑day logistics activities, and a focus on seamless execution. Success in this role depends on building effective relationships with logistics partners and internal teams, while maintaining clear, responsive communication with customer accounts. It also requires meticulous attention to detail. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Functional team leadership /h3 ul liProvide support and training to all embecta 3PL stock locations across EMEA region. /li liLead Logistics Claims and Returns processes, by coordinating activities between embecta Customer Care teams and 3PL’s. /li /ul h3WMS integration /h3 ul liAct as the Subject Matter Expert for the WMS embecta-3PL integration for all EMEA region warehouses. /li liPerform the WMS system integration testing when required. /li liEnsure the accuracy of master data prior to creation of new SKU’s at 3PL in the WMS. /li liUpdate warehouse management SOP. /li /ul h33rd Parties Management /h3 ul liPrepare and conduct weekly reviews with 3rd party logistics provider. /li liMonitor and report corrective actions with 3rd party logistics provider. /li /ul h3Logistics activities /h3 ul liCheck WMS EDI error log and ensure message error corrections. /li liPerform product logistics master data checks. /li liList planned inbounds but not received and communicate to Planning team for PO date adjustments or closure. /li liSolve non‑conforming inbound issues (missing documentation, volume discrepancies, visual inspection failures) by liaising with the respective areas. /li liSupport quality in opening non‑conformities when inbounds fail visual inspection and communicate claims to Logistics Manager. /li liReceive handover from Order Management team of all planned outbounds along with respective shipment instructions and ensure warehouse teams implement shipments accordingly. /li liSupport 3rd party logistics provider in preparing the outbound shipments, by consolidating all shipment documentation. /li liManage freight priorities based on input from Planning Team. /li liMonitor in‑quality, blocked, return and scrap stock locations, ensuring required actions are put in place. /li liAnalyze ageing stock report and alert situations where remaining shelf‑life is less than the required period. /li liParticipate to quarterly inventory counts and report discrepancies. /li /ul h3Logistics Claims Management /h3 ul liReceive logistics claims from the Customer Care teams and validate administrative resolution (if credit note). /li liReport the logistics Claims status to Logistics Manager and Quality team for further root cause analysis. /li /ul h3KPI analysis and continuous improvement /h3 ul liPrepare monthly warehouse management and transportation KPI's, explain results and propose corrective actions for Dock to Stock, Damaged Goods, Inventory Accuracy, % Scrapping and Warehousing Costs. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liAt least 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, 3PL management and WMS integration projects, preferably in the health care industry, in a multi‑cultural environment. /li liIT affinity in dealing with ERP systems (SAP). /li liProficiency of MS Office Applications. /li liStrong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures. /li liExperience in ERP implementation experience in an international environment is an advantage. /li li3+ years’ experience in project coordination roles is preferred. /li liStrong data analytic experience and skill set. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liPossesses a structured, efficient, and hands‑on way of working. /li liOwns a sense of urgency and prioritizations. /li liSupports team goals and objectives, adapts to business needs showing flexibility. /li liAble to understand other stakeholder’s needs and suggest ideas of improvements. /li liKnowledge of IT processes and how they affect the supply chain function; Ability to leverage IT resources effectively to further improve processes and outcomes. /li liGeneral understanding of logistics, customer service and product flow in a MedTech environment. /li liPromotes an inclusive work environment Leadership capability. /li liAction Oriented Customer Focused. /li liTeam player Influencing Others. /li liComfortable communicating at all levels in the organization and with external stakeholders. /li liProficient in the use of Excel, Power Point and Word. /li liBusiness level fluency in English and two other European languages preferred. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pUniversity degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study. /p pembecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
