An elite, multi-faceted private club and luxury estate in the rolling hills of Central Florida is seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager. Located in a region celebrated for its serene environment and proximity to top-tier professional hubs, this role provides the perfect balance of a high-stakes operational challenge and an exceptional quality of life. \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n\n • Base Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 (negotiable based on experience)\n, • Bonus Potential: 20% tied to business performance\n, • Benefits: Medical and dental coverage (75% employer-paid, including dependent health coverage)\n, • Perks: 401(k) with 6% match, PTO, personal/sick days, paid holidays, life insurance, and STD/LTD\n, • Relocation: Assistance available for the right candidate\n\n \n Position Responsibilities \n\n • Operational Leadership: Maintain an active, visible, on-the-floor presence to oversee day-to-day club operations across Food & Beverage, Golf, Fitness/Spa, Racquet Sports, and Events.\n, • Member Engagement: Drive a service-first, member-focused culture by engaging daily with members and guests to deliver an exceptional lifestyle experience.\n, • Team Mentorship & Execution: Partner with executive leadership to execute long-term strategy while directly managing, mentoring, and holding department heads accountable.\n, • Revenue & Growth Goals: Support revenue targets in membership dues/initiation fees and drive increased utilization across club amenities, with a continued emphasis on scaling banquet, wedding, and event business.\n, • Project Support: Assist executive leadership in planning and executing impending capital improvements and facility upgrades, including upcoming golf course renovations.\n\n \n Position Requirements \n\n • Proven Hospitality Leadership: Strong background in luxury private membership clubs, high-end resorts, or premier for-profit hospitality properties.\n, • Strong Food & Beverage Foundation: Deep operational expertise in Food & Beverage and high-volume luxury weddings/events.\n, • Operational & Execution Focus: Excellent execution skills and floor presence (30–45 minutes daily behind a desk, with the vast majority of time spent active on-site with members and staff).\n, • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to maintain a consistent presence during nights, weekends, and holidays.\n, • Industry Credentials & Tech Proficiency: Certified Club Manager (CCM) or CMAA membership is strongly preferred; familiarity with industry POS/management systems (e.g., Jonas, 7shifts, Shift4) is a plus.\n, • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.\n\n \n If you or someone in your professional network would be a strong fit for this pivotal leadership opportunity, we invite you to submit credentials for a confidential review.
