Join our team as a Shift Leader, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate all daily restaurant activities during your shift, ensuring team members deliver excellent customer service and adhere to company standards., • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels., • Operate POS systems, specifically TOAST POS, for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation., • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of both kitchen and front-of-house areas, supervising food production and catering orders as needed., • Promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries or complaints to resolve issues and maintain a positive dining atmosphere., • Assist with essential shift management tasks, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry., • Extensive knowledge of , kitchen management, and food safety standards., • Hands-on experience with Toast POS systems for efficient transaction processing., • A strong background in customer service, preferably within fast-food or hospitality settings., • Experience in inventory control, cash handling, and food production is highly desirable., • Prior involvement in restaurant management roles, including shift management or assistant manager positions, is preferred., • Associate degree (Required)., • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quick service & fast food restaurants (Required)., • English language proficiency (Required)., • Must possess a Food Handlers permit for New York State (Required)., • Availability for both Day and Night Shifts (Required)., • This is an in-person position.
