Job Description Job Title: Human Resources Director Location: Norman, Oklahoma Industry: Human Resources / Administration Pay: $100,000–$135,000 annually (DOE) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and payroll oversight. This leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to support organizational goals while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. Job Description: The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and strategic functions of the HR department, including policy administration, employee engagement, compensation programs, benefits management, workforce planning, compliance, and personnel development. This role will also provide guidance to leadership on employee matters and organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and workplace programs., • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and other governing employment regulations., • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational development, and employee retention efforts., • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management., • Oversee compensation strategies, salary administration, and benefit programs., • Manage HR department budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring., • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure proper documentation of employment actions., • Coordinate onboarding, employee training, and professional development initiatives., • Collaborate with managers to review job responsibilities and maintain current job descriptions., • Administer retirement plan processes and support annual reporting requirements., • Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders on HR best practices and employment-related concerns., • Participate in organizational projects, committees, and strategic initiatives as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred., • Several years of progressive HR leadership experience., • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices., • Experience overseeing compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and performance management functions., • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development abilities., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., • Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of discretion., • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
