Job Description Volt is immediately hiring for an Legal Immigration Service Coordinator for a company located in Irvine CA. As an Legal Immigration Service Coordinator you will: Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities • Coordinate and support employment-based immigration case processing and job petition filings., • Prepare, draft, organize, and review immigration-related documents and case files for submission., • Ensure all required documentation is collected, complete, and accurate prior to filing and attorney review., • Process incoming mail, register and track correspondence in the case management system, and report any missing or outstanding documents., • Prepare and manage Requests for Evidence (RFEs), including gathering additional information from employers and applicants., • Translate documents and correspondence between English and Spanish as needed., • Index, organize, and assemble immigration petition packages for attorney or management review., • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with USCIS regulations and filing requirements., • Communicate with employers, employees, and internal teams regarding case status, documentation needs, and deadlines., • Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks., • Generate reports and maintain tracking systems for petitions, correspondence, and case activity., • Provide administrative and operational support to the Labor Services and Immigration team., • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and immigration information This is a full time opportunity Monday - Friday The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications • 3-4 years of experience in immigration services, immigration law, or employment-based immigration processing., • Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures, regulations, and petition processes., • Experience preparing immigration petitions, RFEs, and supporting documentation., • Bilingual in English and Spanish required., • Excellent organizational, communication, and document management skills., • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required., • UCIS experience highly preferred, • Bilingual English/Spanish Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Days: Monday through Friday Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
