Job Description The Director of Fundraising will: 1.) lead the agency’s fundraising initiatives which include grant writing and reporting, fundraising events, and the solicitations of individuals, foundations, and businesses, 2.) supervise the work of the Deputy Director who manages the agency’s outreach programs including direct financial assistance; 3.) establish community organizing initiatives which include the agency’s ministry to the poor, immigrants, and migrant farm laborers; 4) create social media and fundraising campaigns to build public awareness of key issues that affect those who have been marginalized by society.
