We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team at Allied Health Mentors. In this fully remote role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for mentors and staff.
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of discretion and attention to detail.
- Experience in a healthcare or mentoring environment is a plus.
