Position Summary We are looking for an experienced PM Cook / Wok Cook to prepare food, run the kitchen line, and support closing operations. The ideal candidate has strong wok experience and is reliable, fast, clean, and comfortable working in a busy fast-casual restaurant. Responsibilities · Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, portions, and quality standards. · Cook proteins, vegetables, noodles, and sauces using wok techniques as needed. · Set up and maintain the PM line with proper mise en place, labeling, and restocking. · Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperature, and storage standards. · Complete closing duties, including breakdown, cleaning, labeling, and end-of-shift restock. · Communicate low stock, quality issues, or equipment problems to the manager. · Support teammates with prep, packing, dishwashing, cleaning, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications · 1-2 years of kitchen, line cook, prep cook, or fast-casual restaurant experience required. · Wok cooking experience required; Asian cuisine experience preferred. · Must be available Saturday and Sunday nights, plus 2-3 weekday nights. · Reliable, responsible, punctual, and comfortable working PM/closing shifts. · Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality. · Hands-on team player willing to support other stations when needed. · NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus, but not required.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for scaling, decorating and producing of all Desserts, Pastries and Cakes, • General knowledge of production methods and organization of Confectionary production, • Learn new products and skills and has ability to demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers, • Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station, • Must be able to manage time and skills with strong organization, • Knowledge of all recipes and procedures of all production, • Ensure cake display is presentable for internal and external customers, • Make creams and sauces for cakes and pastries, • Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner, • Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low, • Perform other related duties as assigned WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE • Knowledge on food producing process, sanitization, quality program, • Knowledge on food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safety practice/procedure, • Ability to work weekends and holidays., • Food safety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (include FDA), • Confectionery/Foods major recommended, • Food Handler's Certificate, preferred, • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, • Ability to multi-task, • Multiple priority management abilities, • Feedback is a gift! We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Food Preparer to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily food service operations.

The Sushi Chef is a self-starter and team player with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and can handle a high volume of orders. Requirements: • Ability to follow exact recipe ingredients and procedures for all items from Sushi production, including but not limited to Maki, Temaki, Nigiri, Sashimi, Poke, and Crudo., • Ability to perform a variety of fish fabrication techniques, • Ability to maintain the highest standards of Food Safety and Sanitation practices with attention to detail, • Cutting, chopping, slicing, and fileting different types of produce/proteins (especially different types of fish), • Skills, Abilities, and Experience:, • 3+ years of work in a Sushi restaurant, • Ability to prepare fish (fishmonger, fish butchery)., • Previous New York restaurant experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
