We are seeking a Dry Cleaners Customer Service Associate for a part-time position, with potential for full-time.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide exceptional front-counter service, process dry-cleaning orders, and ensure accurate garment handling in a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with garment drop-off and pickup.
- Explain services and pricing clearly.
- Process payments accurately using a POS system (experience with SPOT is a plus).
- Assemble and verify garments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Cover shifts at a second location as needed (optional).
Qualifications:
- Previous dry cleaning experience is essential for this role.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
