Have the ability to operate commercial mowers and hand tools, pruning, trimming, Hardscaping, Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing clippings. Aerating and dethatching seasonally. Also, pruning shrubs and trees, pulling weeds, applying mulch, and deadheading flowers. Running, inspecting, and adjusting sprinkler systems. Fixing leaks and seasonal startups/winterizations.
