On the first floor there are the administrative offices, conference room, waiting area, security/reception office, and access to the patio, athletic court, and garden in the rear. Essential Job Responsibilities and Role of the Building Porter The Building Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the physical building and associated grounds.
