The Role We are seeking a dynamic & passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. This is a perfect role for someone looking to develop their skills, gain hands on experience with structured mentoring. What We're Looking For Essential • Experience working within domiciliary/home care., • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Worker, Team Leader, or similar role., • Excellent organisational and communication skills., • Strong IT skills and confidence using care management software., • Good knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding., • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle., • Right to work in the UK. Desirable • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)., • Experience with rota planning and staff scheduling., • Experience carrying out care assessments and reviews., • Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards it). The Stables The original 1906 Stables is being transformed into a series of dining destinations including a Pantry, Café (52 covers), Workshop space, and a stunning new glasshouse Restaurant and Bar (90 covers) overlooking the reimagined ‘edimental’ walled kitchen garden - all of which will embody an ethos of ‘casual excellence’.
