Site Services and Building Operative (Manufacturing Background) Location: Sunderland, UK Type: Permanent, full-time Hours: Monday – Friday – Early and late shifts Salary: £26,701 per annum plus 5% shift allowance Main Duties/Responsibilities include: Provide an efficient and effective service. Services include but are not limited to; internal goods and post services, concierge services, fire evacuation, cleaning, goods yard operation, minor maintenance and repair and car parking services. Monitor and maintain CCTV and operation including the supply of recorded images (in accordance with relevant legislation) Participate in flexible working arrangements, including shift systems and weekend cover and possible emergency call-out rota. To liaise with and assist contractors and other agencies as appropriate. Reporting of all issues directly to Maintenance and Facilities Manager General Housekeeping duties Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
