About you Proven experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR leadership Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate development programmes Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach What you'll do Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the organisation's Talent & Development strategy Support embedding structured talent pipelines and succession frameworks Oversee delivery of development programmes aligned with current and future capability needs Manage governance processes ensuring regulatory and scheme compliance Play a key role in workforce planning through review and analysis of development activities Foster continuous improvement initiatives within the learning and development function Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure talent development aligns with organisational objectives For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
