The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality food while helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation and cooking., • Prepare ingredients and ensure food is presented to a high standard., • Support the smooth running of the kitchen during busy service periods., • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and food safety., • Help with stock rotation, storage, and inventory control., • Wash, clean, and organise kitchen equipment and workstations., • Ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations., • Work as part of a team to deliver excellent food and service., • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries., • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head Chef.
