Supervisor - Italian Focacceria & wine bar 🇮🇹 What we look for? Expert Italian food and wine knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the store. Prepare sandwiches using high-quality Italian ingredients. Confidently and safely operate an electric slicer. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian food products (cheeses, cured meats, bread, etc.). Prepare a variety of coffee. Lead by example, working side by side with the team. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. Organise staff schedules and daily workflow. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
