The team collaborates with regulatory bodies, preparing & submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and sharing intelligence to combat financial crime. The FIU Analyst will directly support the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) to ensure the business operates in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and all Group standards relating to anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing. This role will be responsible to conduct transaction monitoring reviews to ensure efficient monitoring and detection of potential money laundering, terrorist financing, or illicit activities and escalate such activity for additional review. About the role This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, product expertise, and implementation, so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. This role sits within the Influencer marketing team, reporting into the Influencer Marketing Manager. Identify and engage with UK-based influencers who align with KatKin’s values, product, and audience across multiple social channels. Build genuine relationships, coordinate product sending and negotiate campaigns, with a focus on driving customer acquisition Monitor influencer content, engagement and conversion to evaluate campaign success and uncover areas for improvement. Stay updated on trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content styles to identify new growth opportunities and keep strategies ahead of the curve Have ownership over budgets, work towards ambitious acquisition targets, while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content Work closely with the Influencer Manager to strategize and plan impactful acquisition initiatives. Contribute ideas and actions to strengthen and scale these strategies for maximum effectiveness Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s voice and values, ensuring influencer content aligns with our messaging.
