We serve the local community and partner organisations across Oxfordshire. Tilsley Park is a busy outdoor facility featuring multiple football and hockey pitches, a 3G pitch, athletics track, spin studio, bar and meeting room. New padel courts are under construction and due to open in September 2026. The Sports Centre offers an 8-lane swimming pool, sports hall, squash courts, gyms and climbing wall with extensive activity programmes and partnerships with local clubs and organisations. \n \n Padel Coach - The Role: \n \n You will deliver safe, high-quality and engaging padel coaching while supporting the launch, growth and day-to-day delivery of the padel programme at Tilsley Park. You will support a full range of padel activity including Pay and Play, taster sessions, one-to-one coaching, group coaching, junior and adult courses, Social Play, club-style sessions, leagues, tournaments, school use, community activity and corporate events. You will help customers progress from first-time participation through to regular play, coaching, competition and long-term engagement. \n \n Padel Coach - Key Responsibilities: \n \n • Deliver high-quality structured padel coaching sessions for individuals, pairs, groups, juniors, adults and mixed-ability players \n • Plan and deliver sessions appropriate to age, ability, confidence and experience level, covering positioning, shot selection, serve, return, wall use, movement, tactics and match play \n • Support the full padel activity pathway including courses, Social Play, junior activity, adult beginner and improver programmes, school use and community activity \n • Create a welcoming, inclusive and well-managed environment, helping match players by ability and supporting customer progression \n • Provide clear technical instruction and feedback while encouraging enjoyment, confidence and repeat participation \n • Contribute to programme growth by providing feedback on customer demand, suggesting new sessions and supporting promotional activity \n • Advise customers on equipment choices and support the rental racket offer \n • Report on booking system usability, operational issues and customer feedback to reception, bookings and operations teams \n • Deliver all activity in line with safeguarding, health and safety and risk assessment procedures \n \n Padel Coach - You: \n \n • Hold a recognised padel coaching qualification or relevant racquet-sport coaching qualification with demonstrable padel experience \n • Have strong knowledge of padel technique, tactics, rules and safe coaching practice \n • Have experience coaching adults, juniors or mixed-ability groups in structured courses and flexible sessions \n • Can deliver excellent communication and create a welcoming, inclusive coaching environment \n • Are reliable, punctual, well organised and committed to high standards of customer service \n • Understand safeguarding responsibilities when working with children and young people \n • Are able to work evenings, weekends and school holiday periods as required \n • Display commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion principles \n • Have the right to work in the UK for the duration of your self-employed contract \n \n To submit your CV for this exciting Padel Coach opportunity, click Apply today!

If you thrive in a collaborative setting, take pride in delivering outstanding service, and enjoy supporting both clinicians and patients with professionalism and warmth, we’d love to hear from you. • Provide comprehensive secretarial support and coordination of all administrative duties for designated consultants., • Manage consultant schedules, including booking outpatient and theatre appointments, and accurately recording annual leave, study leave, meetings, and other commitments., • Make amendments or cancellations to clinic lists as required, communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure appointments are appropriately rescheduled and reissued., • Complete imaging request forms within Meddbase, arrange appointments, and provide fee information to self‑funded patients., • Prepare consultant clinics in advance, ensuring all relevant documentation—such as imaging reports and referral letters—is received and ready prior to each patient appointment., • Organise theatre bookings, including completing booking forms, scheduling patients through Meddbase, sending and saving confirmations, and coordinating pre‑assessment and post‑operative appointments., • Liaise closely with internal departments (e.g., Radiology, Bookings, Appointments) to maintain a seamless and positive patient journey., • Review dictations, edit, and distribute clinic letters to patients, referrers, GPs, and other relevant parties., • Scan and upload medical documents and correspondence to the patient record accurately and promptly.
