Whether you're an ambitious Quality Engineer looking to step into a leadership position, or an experienced Quality Manager seeking a fresh challenge, we'd love to hear from you.The Role As Quality Lead, you'll be responsible for supporting and driving quality across the manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.Your responsibilities will include:\n\n • Leading day-to-day quality activities across the manufacturing facility.\n, • Investigating and resolving customer, supplier, and internal quality issues.\n, • Driving root cause analysis using structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).\n, • Managing non-conformances and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n, • Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining compliance with quality management systems.\n, • Working closely with suppliers to improve incoming quality performance.\n, • Monitoring quality KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\n, • Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.\n, • Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process improvements.\n, • Promoting a quality-first culture throughout the business.\n, • Providing guidance and support to production teams on quality best practice.\nWe're looking for someone with:\n\n, • Experience within a Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, or Quality Manager position.\n, • A minimum of 2 years' Quality Engineering experience, or significant experience leading a quality function.\n, • A background within manufacturing or engineering.\n, • Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, PPAP, CAPA, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.\n, • Experience working with ISO quality management systems (ISO 9001 experience is essential).\n, • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.\n, • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.\n, • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\n
