Reinstatement Manager\n North West England£50,000 - £65,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Build, Lead and Raise the Standard\n We're looking for an experienced Reinstatement Manager to lead a growing reinstatement operation for a well-established utilities contractor delivering essential infrastructure projects across the North West. \n This is an opportunity to join a business with ambitious growth plans, where you'll have the autonomy to shape processes, develop high-performing teams and drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. \n If you're passionate about delivering first-class reinstatement works, developing people and continuously improving performance, we'd love to hear from you. The Role\n Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of reinstatement operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to specification. \n Your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Leading and developing reinstatement supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.\n, • Planning and coordinating reinstatement programmes across multiple live projects.\n, • Ensuring compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA), HAUC specifications and local authority requirements.\n, • Driving productivity, quality and right-first-time performance.\n, • Managing budgets, resources, materials and subcontractor performance.\n, • Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.\n, • Working closely with operational, commercial and client teams to ensure excellent service delivery.\n, • Supporting audits, inspections and quality assurance activities.\n, • Investigating defects and implementing corrective actions where required.\n, • Promoting a strong safety culture throughout the business.\nWhat We're Looking For\n You'll ideally have: \n\n • Previous experience managing reinstatement operations within the utilities, highways or civil engineering sectors.\n, • Strong knowledge of NRSWA legislation and SROH specifications.\n, • Experience leading operational teams in a fast-paced environment.\n, • Excellent planning and organisational skills.\n, • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance.\n, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n, • A proactive, hands-on management style.\n, • Full UK driving licence.\nDesirable\n\n, • NRSWA Supervisor qualification.\n, • SMSTS or SSSTS.\n, • IOSH or NEBOSH.\n, • Experience working with gas, water, electricity, telecoms or multi-utility contracts.\nWhat's On Offer\n\n, • Competitive salary of £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience \n, • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance\n, • Annual bonus\n, • Pension scheme\n, • Holiday entitlement increasing with service\n, • Ongoing professional development\n, • Genuine career progression opportunities\n, • Supportive senior leadership team\n, • Long-term job security with a growing business\nApply Today\n If you're an experienced Reinstatement Manager looking for a fresh challenge with a progressive organisation that genuinely values its people, we'd love to hear from you. \n
