    Team Leader – Fairy Flavours Location: St. Enoch Shopping Centre, Glasgow Hours: 32–50 hours per week (including weekends) Typical Shift: 10:15am – 8:15pm Pay: Competitive, based on experience Join Our Growing Dessert Brand Fairy Flavours is a fast-growing dessert kiosk specialising in chocolate-covered strawberries, waffle wands, bubble waffles, milkshakes, and other freshly prepared treats. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Team Leader to help lead our kiosk operations and support the continued growth of the business. The Role As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and leading by example. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, food preparation, and operational responsibility. Please note: From Monday to Friday, shifts are typically operated by a single team member. Therefore, the successful candidate must be confident working independently, managing customer service, food preparation, cash handling, stock management, and kiosk operations without direct supervision. Key Responsibilities Independently manage day-to-day kiosk operations during shifts Prepare and serve desserts to a consistently high standard Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries Open and close the kiosk as required Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards Manage stock levels, deliveries, and restocking Ensure cash handling and till procedures are followed correctly Take ownership of the kiosk and resolve day-to-day operational issues Support and guide other team members when working together during busier periods Be flexible to provide additional cover for staff holidays, sickness, or unexpected absences when required What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Confident working independently and taking responsibility for a shift Good communication and organisational skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible with working hours and willing to cover additional shifts when required Weekend availability is essential Looking for a long-term opportunity and committed to growing with the business Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a supervisory role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided A positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Full training provided Opportunity to play a key role in a growing business Supportive and friendly working environment Staff discounts Career progression opportunities for the right candidate How to Apply • Please send your CV or apply in person at the Fairy Flavours kiosk located in St. Enoch Shopping Centre, Glasgow.
