Post Completions Supervisor – Residential Property\n Location: Wirral Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full-time \n We are recruiting for an experienced Post Completions Supervisor to join a growing, modern legal practice based in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual to lead and develop a brand-new Post Completions Team within a forward-thinking, technology-driven environment. The Role\n You will oversee all post-completion processes across residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. The role also includes conducting structured file audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, lender obligations and risk frameworks. \n This is a key compliance-focused position requiring accuracy, organisation and a detailed understanding of Land Registry procedures and post-completion workflows. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Manage all post-completion matters across residential conveyancing\n, • Prepare, check, and submit Land Registry applications (AP1, FR1, etc.).\n, • Handle and respond to Land Registry requisitions\n, • Ensure correct registration of titles, charges and restrictions\n, • Liaise with lenders to meet post-completion obligations\n, • Manage post-completion diaries, deadlines and undertakings\n, • Instruct accounts to reconcile and refund residual balances\n, • Close files in line with internal procedures\n, • Conduct regular audits of open and closed conveyancing files\n, • Review files against regulatory rules, lender handbook requirements and internal compliance frameworks\n, • Prepare audit reports and support fee earners with remedial actions\n, • Maintain audit logs and compliance records\nSkills & Experience\n\n, • 3–5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing post-completion\n, • Strong knowledge of Land Registry processes and lender requirements\n, • Confident handling requisitions and complex registrations\n, • Experience in file auditing or compliance (highly desirable)\n, • Excellent accuracy, organisation and time management\n, • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and strict deadlines\n, • Proficient in case management systems (LawLink experience advantageous)\nPersonal Attributes\n\n, • Methodical and process-driven\n, • Strong sense of accountability\n, • Commercial awareness and risk sensitivity\n, • Confident communicator with fee earners, lenders and regulators\n, • Keen to manage and oversee others\nDesirable\n\n, • Experience within an SRA-regulated firm\n, • Familiarity with compliance reporting frameworks\n, • Exposure to external regulatory audit preparation\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n, • Competitive salary\n, • Flexible/hybrid working after training and probation\n, • Opportunity to build and lead a new team\n, • Work within a growing, technology-driven legal practice\n, • Exposure to compliance and regulatory functions\n\n If you’re an experienced post-completion specialist looking to step into a leadership and compliance-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.
