This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation that has entered the sector with one clear objective to provide outstanding care and life-changing outcomes for children and young people. With an experienced Responsible Individual already in place and an experienced Registered Manager close to appointment, you'll become a key part of the founding leadership team. You'll play an instrumental role in establishing the home's culture, supporting the Registered Manager through registration, and helping to build an exceptional staff team from the very beginning.
