Paraplanner\n \n Location: Richmond (Hybrid Working) Salary: £55,000 per annum + Benefits About the Role\n An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established and growing financial planning firm. \n This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced Financial Advisers, providing high-quality technical support and helping to deliver tailored financial planning solutions to clients. \n The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team environment, with excellent opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, and support towards Chartered status. \n Following an initial training period, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote working, office-based collaboration, and in-person meetings depending on business and client needs. \n Key Responsibilities\n\n • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support the preparation of comprehensive financial plans.\n, • Gather and organise client information, including income, expenditure, assets, and liabilities.\n, • Use financial planning software to model scenarios and cashflow projections.\n, • Prepare suitability reports, investment recommendations, and technical research.\n, • Assist advisers in developing and implementing bespoke financial strategies.\n, • Research financial products and investment solutions.\n, • Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal procedures.\n, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.\n, • Keep abreast of market developments, legislation, and regulatory changes.\n\n About You\n You will be a highly organised and analytical professional with strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for financial planning.
