For more than 25 years, we've been inspiring children and young people through dance, drama and singing. Behind every successful school is a franchise partner running a thriving local business, and that's where you come in. The Role This is a commercially focused leadership role where you'll work alongside franchise partners to improve profitability, increase student numbers, strengthen customer retention and deliver sustainable business growth. You'll analyse financial performance, coach business owners, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape the future success of our national franchise network. You'll work closely with franchise partners to help them improve performance, grow student numbers, strengthen profitability and deliver an outstanding customer experience. No two days are the same. One day you could be analysing business performance and creating growth plans, the next you'll be coaching franchise owners, delivering training or supporting new franchise recruitment.
