Commis Chef – Patty & Pickle Patty & Pickle is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our small kitchen team. We serve a focused menu of quality burgers, sides, and house-made products, with an emphasis on consistency, freshness, and great food. This is a casual role with regular hours available, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment and wants to develop their kitchen skills within a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place., • Prepare and cook menu items to company standards., • Support service during busy periods, maintaining speed and consistency., • Help with stock rotation, storage, and labelling., • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness., • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries., • Follow food safety procedures and HACCP requirements., • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service., • Support with opening and closing kitchen duties., • Minimise waste and help maintain an organised workspace.
