The Role We’re looking for an inspiring Front Office Manager to lead the guest services experience across our dual‑branded operation in Cambridge. This role is central to how guests experience Edyn — from first contact to fond farewell. You’ll lead a passionate front office team, balance brand standards with genuine hospitality, and ensure seamless service across both brands. As Front Office Manager, you will oversee both front desks and night team operations, ensuring high levels of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
