What youll do as a Technician Youll be entrusted to:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, and reactive repairs across building services systems and plantSupport the safe operation and basic maintenance of swimming pool water systems, including monitoring water qualityRespond promptly to faults and breakdowns, diagnosing issues and minimising disruption to operationsAssist with coordinating and overseeing specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site and safety standardsMaintain accurate records using computer-aided maintenance systems and compliance logsSupport day-to-day technical operations, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility performance Does this sound like you?Youll be a great fit for this role if you have:A recognised trade qualification or demonstrable hands-on technical experienceStrong knowledge of health and safety practices within a maintenance or engineering environmentExperience working with building services systems and plant, ideally within leisure or similar settingsGood problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose faults effectivelyConfidence using digital or computer-based maintenance systemsA valid UK driving licence Vetting and checksThis role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
