Multi Trader - Social Housing Location: Manchester Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card | Permanent Position About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor delivering responsive maintenance works across social housing properties throughout Manchester. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card, and long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties. Complete a variety of trade works to a high standard, including: Carpentry Plumbing Basic Plastering Tiling Painting & Decorating Patch repairs Diagnose faults and complete repairs on the first visit where possible. Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures. Accurately complete job sheets using a handheld device. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing, repairs or property maintenance. Strong skills across multiple trades with a core trade qualification desirable. Experience working in occupied properties. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
