Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles. Complete all work efficiently and accurately, meeting manufacturer, franchise and company quality standards. Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and perform vehicle testing using the latest equipment and technology. Replace components, parts, lubricants and consumables while maintaining accurate records and producing clear, professional job write-ups for both customers and manufacturers. Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop, following all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Identify and communicate vehicle faults and future maintenance requirements through Vehicle Health Checks and our Video Health Check process, helping customers make informed decisions. About you… We welcome applications from technicians with experience in the automotive industry who are passionate about delivering high-quality work. You'll hold a minimum Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, together with a valid MOT Tester Licence. You'll be a great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering an excellent customer experience. You'll be confident working in a busy workshop environment, using your technical expertise to diagnose problems and find effective solutions. An Electric and Hybrid qualification would be an advantage, but it's not essential—we'll provide full training and support. Hold a full UK driving licence. Most importantly, you'll take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team and be motivated to continue developing your skills and career.
