As with most retail roles, the working week involves being ‘on your feet’ and physically active (e.g. putting stock out which can be heavy) but tasks are rotated in store so you’ll get involved in a bit of everything as part of a team. Essential Skills & Experience • Previous experience working within a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role., • Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes., • Proven experience processing purchase invoices, sales invoices, and bank reconciliations., • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential and non-negotiable., • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including managing multiple inboxes., • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy., • Strong organisational and time management skills., • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy finance environment.
