Sole responsibility for the management of tenanted properties (including new leases, dilapidations, licences to assign and alter, and service charge) on behalf of Keyland and the Kelda Group ensuring financial risks associated in holding tenanted properties are managed and mitigated. Appoint and manage teams of external consultants made up of a diverse range of external senior property professionals, including selling agents, lawyers, planning consultants, architects, engineers and others, as determined by the individual requirements of each project. Ensure that information, notices and approvals required to complete acquisitions, disposals and other commercial proposals are provided and that transactions are completed expeditiously. Undertake inspections of sites to identify areas of risk, particularly in relation to health and safety, and actions required in order to mitigate risk to acceptable levels.
