Real Estate Solicitor – Kidderminster A highly respected regional law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its successful and forward-thinking property team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied and high-quality residential property caseload while contributing to business development, marketing events and client relationship initiatives. The Role You will: • Manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, • Advise on transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters where applicable, • Handle lease extensions and residential landlord and tenant matters as required, • Conduct title investigations, raise and respond to enquiries and prepare detailed reports on title, • Liaise with Clients, Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and other Solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently, • Manage files from instruction through to post-completion with appropriate supervision and support, • Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining high technical and professional standards Your Profile • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in residential real estate/property law, • Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently, • Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions and Land Registry requirements, • Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, • Outstanding client care and communication abilities, • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively, • A collaborative team player with a commercial and client-focused approach Salary & Benefits • Competitive salary, • 25–29 days’ annual leave (plus Christmas closure and Bank Holidays), • Healthcare benefits and Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 helpline), • Discounted legal fees for staff and family members, • Death in service provision, • Company pension scheme, • Annual colleague events Why Apply?
