    Purpose of the Role To take full responsibility for the leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of a 3‑bed EBD children’s home. The Registered Manager ensures the delivery of high‑quality, trauma‑informed care in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted’s Quality Standards. Role Overview The Operations Coordinator (Depositing & Dispatch) is responsible for coordinating and leading one of the most important areas of Planthood's production operation. This role combines production coordination, team leadership, equipment ownership, food safety, operational reporting and continuous improvement.
