PROPERTY MANAGERHillcrest Estate Management Competitive Hybrid - BristolROLE OVERVIEWYou will manage a varied residential portfolio in and around Bristol, combining on site presence with the flexibility of hybrid working. Your focus will be to ensure each development is safe, compliant and well-maintained, with clear communication and a consistently high standard of service for residents and clients.Supported by a collaborative team, you will plan and prioritise site visits, oversee maintenance and compliance, manage service charge budgets and build trusted relationships with residents, freeholders and contractors. You will bring a calm, organised approach and a genuine passion for great customer service.ROLE EXPECTATIONSYou will balance time between site visits across the Bristol area, remote working and time in our Bristol office.
