We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to support the day-to-day management of office facilities, with a particular focus on Health & Safety compliance and workplace standards. This will be a contract for 3-6 months with the possibility of a permanent role. 14-21 hours per week which can be worked across 2,3,4 or 5 days - this is a role that could work around other commitments such as school runs. \n This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained working environment. Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, you will play a key role in supporting office operations and maintaining health and safety best practices. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Support the administration and coordination of office Health & Safety activities.\n, • Maintain accurate Health & Safety documentation, records, and compliance logs.\n, • Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessment administration.\n, • Coordinate Health & Safety training records and monitor certification renewals.\n, • Arrange contractor visits and ensure appropriate documentation is completed.\n, • Manage accident, incident, and near-miss reporting processes.\n, • Monitor fire safety checks, evacuation procedures, and emergency contact records.\n, • Support facilities maintenance requests and liaise with suppliers and contractors.\n, • Ensure office noticeboards, signage, and safety information remain up to date.\n, • Assist with workstation assessments and workplace wellbeing initiatives.\n\n About You \n To be successful in this role, you will have: \n\n • Previous administration experience within a facilities, office management, or Health & Safety environment.\n, • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\n, • Confidence managing records, reports, and compliance documentation.\n, • Good communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.\n, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\n, • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\n, • Knowledge of workplace Health & Safety procedures would be advantageous.\n\n What's on Offer \n\n • Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 - £15.00 per hour.\n, • Flexible part-time hours of 14-21 hours per week.\n, • Immediate opportunity to make a positive impact within a busy office environment.\n, • 3-6 month contract with potential extension dependent on business needs.\n, • Supportive and professional working environment.\n\n Apply Now \n If you are a highly organised administrator with an interest in Health & Safety and facilities coordination, we'd love to hear from you.
