The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service while helping the business maintain its high standards. The Role\n As a Sales Support & Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, supporting the sales function, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes across the business. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Coordinate transport bookings, deliveries, and collections.\n, • Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, collection arrangements, and site requirements.\n, • Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and general administration.\n, • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.\n, • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.\n, • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.\n, • Provide general administrative support across the business as required.\nThe Ideal Candidate\n We are looking for a driven and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
