This is an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Data professional to join a large, volume hiring organisation with offices throughout the UK. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful workforce data and analytics, helping to drive informed decision-making and support strategic people initiatives across the business. Autonomously, you will manage employee data relating to HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Learning & Development, ensuring accuracy and producing reports to be used to make informed business decisions.
