Hub Support Manager Location: Barrow-in-Furness Organisation: OpCo Grade: Grade E Reporting to: Operations Director About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hub Support Manager to join our Operations team based in Barrow-in-Furness. This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating and integrating operational support functions across our onshore and offshore assets, ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable delivery of operations. As the central point of coordination for the hub, you will lead the planning function, oversee logistics and materials coordination, and work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain and Projects to ensure activities are effectively prioritised, planned and executed. You will play a critical role in improving operational performance, removing barriers to execution, supporting production recovery during unplanned events and providing leadership cover for key operational roles, including Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), where required.
