You will work alongside experienced specialists on complex, life-changing claims while building your own caseload under supervision. The Role\n You will: \n\n • Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters with appropriate supervision.\n, • Assist on complex and high-value clinical negligence claims.\n, • Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and healthcare providers.\n, • Draft legal documentation and prepare matters for settlement negotiations and court proceedings.\n, • Deliver clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.\n, • Play a key role in the continued growth of a well-established specialist team.\n\n The team handles a broad range of claimant work including: \n\n • Birth and brain injury claims\n, • Spinal injury cases\n, • Fatal accident claims\n, • Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis\n, • Surgical negligence\n, • GP and hospital negligence\n, • Oncology, orthopaedic and neurological claims\n, • Cosmetic surgery claims\n, • Catastrophic injury litigation\n\n Recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the team has built an outstanding reputation over several decades and regularly acts in some of the most complex clinical negligence cases in Wales.
