You will manage projects across manufacturer briefing, regulatory compliance, product labelling, content creation, and supply chain — coordinating all the moving parts to get new products onto shelves and into the hands of customers.What you'll be doing:Leading new product development projects end-to-end, from initial concept briefing through to launchBriefing and negotiating with manufacturers; managing supplier relationships and timelinesOverseeing safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to pet health supplementsManaging product labelling — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistencyBriefing and coordinating with the content team on product copy, marketing assets, and digital contentWorking closely with the supply chain team to plan stock requirements and lead timesTracking project progress, identifying risks, and keeping stakeholders informed at every stageSupporting and leading other business improvement and operational projects as requiredWhat we're looking for:3–5 years' experience in project management, ideally within consumer goods, health, or pet/FMCG sectorsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlinesExperience working with manufacturers and suppliers, including negotiationFamiliarity with product compliance and/or regulatory environments (pet, food, or health supplements a plus)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment where you can make a real impactWhat we offer:Salary of £35,000Company pension schemeFull-time, permanent role in our Bradford officeA genuinely impactful position — your work will directly shape what we bring to marketA collaborative, ambitious team with a real passion for pet healthHow to apply:If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click “apply” today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to complete your application and provide any other supporting documents.You must be authorised to work in the UK.
