About the Role\n As Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of both homes, ensuring full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements. \n Working closely with your Deputy Managers and experienced staff teams, you will provide strong leadership, maintain high standards of care, and ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. \n You will play a key role in developing both services, driving quality, supporting staff development, and creating environments where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Hold Ofsted registration for two children's residential homes.\n, • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across both services.\n, • Ensure both homes consistently meet or exceed the Children's Homes Quality Standards.\n, • Lead, motivate, and develop Deputy Managers and staff teams through effective supervision and coaching.\n, • Drive outstanding safeguarding practice and promote a positive, child-centred culture.\n, • Monitor quality through audits, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n, • Manage budgets, staffing levels, occupancy, and resources effectively.\n, • Build strong relationships with local authorities, placing authorities, education providers, health professionals, and external agencies.\n, • Ensure accurate recording, regulatory compliance, and timely statutory reporting.\n, • Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, ensuring both homes remain inspection ready.\n, • Promote therapeutic, trauma-informed approaches that deliver positive outcomes for children and young people.\nAbout You\n You are an experienced residential childcare leader with a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes and developing high-performing teams. You are confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and leadership.
