The ladies express themselves through gestures, sounds and expressions and you'll play a key role in helping them feel heard, understood and supported every day.Who you will be supportingThe ladies you'll support live full and meaningful lives, supported by strong routines and relationships. They have a wide range of interests and enjoy:Shopping, cinema trips and meals outSwimming and local sports activitiesFestivals, celebrations and family visitsMusic, sensory activities and quiet relaxationDay trips, local outings and even holidays abroadSupport needs include:Personal careHoist use (for one individual)Wheelchair support (two full-time, one in the community)Support with eating and meal preparationMedication administrationThis is a lively home full of personality, humour and warmth.What you will be doingYou'll provide consistent, person-centred support, helping each individual live safely, confidently and with choice.
