The Role As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, ensuring every drink is served to the highest standard while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting the wider front of house operation and inspiring your team through hands-on leadership. This role would also suit an ambitious Bar Supervisor who is ready to step into their first management position. Key Responsibilities Lead the bar team during busy lunch and dinner services. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service. Train, coach and develop bar staff. Maintain consistently high standards of drink quality and presentation. Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships. Monitor GP, minimise wastage and maximise profitability. Ensure licensing, health & safety and compliance standards are maintained. Support the wider front of house management team as required. About You We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or experienced Bar Supervisor within a premium pub, gastro pub, restaurant or hotel. A passion for quality food, drink and genuine hospitality. Strong knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A hands-on management style with great attention to detail. The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods. Package £31,725 basic salary £10,000-£11,000 annual tronc Total package of approximately £42,000-£43,000 Excellent career development opportunities.
