Job Role: Senior Housing Support OfficerLocation: Lancashire (Working across custodial and community settings)Salary: £26,150 - £32,668 per annum (Dependent on Experience)Contract: Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week, Monday-Friday)Role Overview We are recruiting a confident and experienced Senior Housing Support Officer to lead and support a team delivering high-quality housing and resettlement provision across custodial and community settings in Lancashire. As a Senior Housing Support Officer, you will provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day guidance to a team of Housing Support Officers, ensuring consistent delivery against contractual targets and service standards. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will manage a small caseload of complex participants, providing specialist housing advice and support to enable sustainable accommodation outcomes.
